How much do our services cost?
Every wedding is unique. We create packages with the services offered but we always want to have an introductory interview with the couple in order to personalize the chosen package in the best way.
What are the delivery times?
We define standard timing for each set, generally delivery takes place 60 days after the event. The timing may vary depending on the service chosen (e.g. photos only or video and photos).
How can I get in touch with you?
Nothing simpler! On the contact page you can find our telephone number, or if you prefer you can contact us on WhatsApp by clicking the button on the left of the page. Obviously we recommend blocking the designated date as soon as possible. a perfect time is 4 to 6 months before the event. However, we always try to satisfy those who request the service under date.
Do I work alone or in a team?
Unity is strength. Our team is made up of expert photographers, videomakers and drone operators. Every wedding, regardless of the package and needs, has the help of at least two operators as standard. Based on the information provided by the couple, we will configure our team to provide the best service.
Can the images be retouched?
We recommend photo editing exclusively to those who want to “hide” an unwanted detail. Our philosophy is to shoot naturally and tell a true story. However, if there is a specific request, we are willing to modify without altering the reality of the shot.
From what time does the service start?
regardless of the quote you choose, our service will be linked to your event from one hour before the start until one hour after its end.
WORKFLOW
First of all, you will arrange an introductory meeting at our studio, so that you can get to know us and plan every aspect that is important to you and choose the supports and customizations that are most congenial to you. On the wedding day, however, there will be at least two operators on site, but even more importantly: the service will be structured so that during the big day their presence is not invasive. You will almost not notice our presence and you will experience the event in total serenity.
At the end of the event, there will be a further meeting for the delivery of the material. You will be welcomed back to our studio where you can view the video and shots they proposed. The material will be delivered in the format of a USB stick, personalized DVD and/or interactive photo album of various formats chosen by you previously.
After an interview phase, we propose a contract which includes a summary of the estimate and the services offered, a brief overview of the work we will carry out and above all the timing. The contract aims to protect both us as professionals and the couple, as the chosen day will be totally dedicated to your event. This contract clearly defines what is included in the quote and what is not included, ensuring transparency and clarity for both parties.
